Ingredients

  • 3 large very ripe bananas (about 1¼ cups mashed)
  • ⅓ cup (75g) melted butter
  • ¾ cup (150g) granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg, beaten

  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1½ cups (190g) all-purpose flour
